David O’Sullivan
Board Chairman
President, P W Trenchless Construction
Professionally, I immigrated to Canada in 1978 to start a career in civil engineering. I spent 6 years in consulting before moving to contracting in 1986, and migrated to Trenchless Technology in the 1990s. I married my wife Monica in 1987 and we settled in Delta BC, where we have raised four children. Monica and I started our own company, PW Trenchless Construction Inc, in 2000, and we currently employ 35 staff.
We have been member of Immaculate Conception Delta since 1988 and have contributed to the parish in many ways. I was a member of the Parish Education Committee for 12 years and I have been the chair of the earthquake committee for the school as well as the chair of the building committee at the parish level. I have been on the board of the Whistler Village Inn and Suites, a hotel in Whistler, for about 25 years, including acting as chair for a number of years. I have served on various other boards of strata buildings and nonprofit societies for the past 32 years.
I joined Luke 14 in 2013, and have working with the board to take Luke 15 to where it is today. I am a great believer in giving back to society and I strongly feel that we gain the most happiness in lief from what we give to others and not what we accumulate.
